Cancellation & Refund

  1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
To make this process smooth and fair, we follow these guidelines:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order was prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since payment has not been made yet. However, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep.

 

  1. Order Modification
  • Once an order is placed, product details (color, size, quantity, or address) cannot be changed directly from the user’s end.
  • However, if the request is made within a few hours and the product has not been dispatched, our team will try to accommodate the changes.
  • Please contact customer care immediately for such requests.

 

 

  1. Returns and Replacements

We take great care in delivering your products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect or issue.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags, labels, bills, and accessories.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

 

  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the same account or wallet used during purchase.
  • Refunds for COD orders (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer after confirmation from the customer.
  • Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically takes 7–10 business days after approval.

 

 

  1. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or digital wallet again.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  1. 6. Order Rejection by the Company
  • Satachara vel diya reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, or payment issues.
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
