1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
In case of any delay (eg, stock issues or technical glitches), we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with an updated status.
2. Domestic Shipping (within India)
Shipping is available to all states and union territories in India.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-7 business days from dispatch to delivery.
For remote or rural areas the delivery may take up to 10 business days .

3. International Shipping
Currently, we offer international shipping to selected countries (please refer to the checkout page for the list).
Shipping times vary by destination, typically 10-21 business days , subject to customs, duties and local postal services.
International shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes or fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel leaves the country of origin.
4. Dispatch & Carriers
We dispatch via trusted carriers such as DHL Express, Blue Dart, India Post, or equivalent local shipping partners.
You will receive courier details along with a tracking link.
If your parcel is delayed in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier.
5. Change of Address / Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update the address.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for reshipment.
6. Lost / Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event of a lost shipment (as confirmed by the carrier), we will either send a replacement or issue a refund (based on stock availability).
If the parcel arrives with visible damage or missing contents, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will guide you through the claim process.
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
If the tracking doesn’t update for more than 48 hours, please contact us — we’ll follow up with the carrier.
Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Holidays & Delays
Orders placed around major Indian festivals or public holidays may experience slight delays due to courier volume.
We request your patience and will keep you updated if any delay occurs.
9. Returns / Refunds / Exchanges (Shipping Related)
If you place a return/exchange request, you may be responsible for the shipping cost back to us, unless the issue is our error (wrong item, damaged item on delivery, etc).
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process refund/exchange within 3-5 business days .
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
